Troubleshooting Guide

Common issues and how to resolve them.

My site isn't loading through fast.site

1. Check your nameservers

Verify your nameservers are delegated to fast.site. Use dig NS yourdomain.com to confirm.

2. Wait for propagation

Nameserver changes can take up to 24-48 hours to propagate globally. Most of the time it's much faster.

3. Check origin server

Make sure your origin server is reachable. Try connecting directly by IP if you can.

Changes aren't showing on my site

If you've updated your site but visitors are still seeing old content:

 1. Clear your browser cache and reload
 2. Check in an incognito or private window
 3. Purge the cache from your fast.site dashboard
 4. Wait a few seconds and refresh

SSL/HTTPS isn't working

fast.site provisions and renews SSL certificates automatically. If HTTPS isn't working:

 1. Verify your nameservers are delegated to fast.site (certificates need working DNS resolution)
 2. Allow up to 15 minutes for certificate provisioning
 3. Check that your origin server also serves HTTPS correctly

Slow performance despite caching

If your site is still slow:

 1. Verify caching is working by checking the response headers
 2. Look for fs-cache: MISS. If everything is a MISS, the cache template may not be picking up your pages.
 3. Check if your origin is sending
Cache-Control: no-cache
headers that override the cache
 4. Confirm dynamic pages (cart, checkout, account) are excluded as expected for your platform
