All plans include unlimited traffic for typical website and e-commerce workloads. Traffic is never billed per GB.

Our service is optimized for HTTP acceleration, edge caching, and web application delivery. To ensure infrastructure stability for all customers, the following guidelines apply:

  • Sustained traffic exceeding 20 Gbps per tenant may require migration to an Enterprise plan.
  • Workloads primarily distributing large files, video streaming, or file hosting may require a custom enterprise agreement.
  • We reserve the right to contact customers whose traffic patterns significantly impact shared infrastructure.

Is traffic really unlimited?
Yes. All plans include unlimited traffic for typical website and e-commerce workloads. We never bill per GB. Our Fair Use Policy ensures infrastructure stability for everyone. Sustained traffic exceeding 20 Gbps or non-web workloads like video streaming may require an Enterprise plan.
How do regions work?
Starter and Pro plans include one region (EU or US). You can add a second region for €50/month. Business and Enterprise plans include both regions by default, with automatic failover and geo-routing. This means if one region goes down, traffic is seamlessly routed to the other.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What are custom cache rules?
Custom cache rules let you define specific caching behavior for different URL patterns, content types, or request headers. This gives you fine-grained control over how your content is cached at the edge.
What is Grace Mode?
Grace Mode serves stale cached content when your origin server is temporarily unavailable or slow to respond. Combined with automatic failover, this ensures your visitors always see your site, even during origin outages.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Setup requires just a DNS change. If you can log into your domain registrar, you can get started. For advanced configurations, our support team is available to help.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. Enterprise plans can also be paid via invoice and wire transfer.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
No long-term contract required. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Enterprise plans may include custom terms based on your agreement.
