Connect your website
Choose a plan and complete DNS and SSL setup. Setup usually takes a few hours, depending on DNS propagation and your origin. Your 7 days start only when the domain is technically active.
Measure your results
Follow requests, data transfer and comparable traffic trends in your dashboard. When enough measurements are available, we show a usage-based plan recommendation.
Keep your acceleration
Choose a paid plan and add a card before your trial ends. Billing starts at the end of the trial, not when you select the plan. Without an upgrade, FAST caching stops.
What happens without a paid plan?
When the trial ends without a paid plan, FAST caching is disabled and requests are forwarded to your origin. Your nameservers stay with FAST.site. Provided your origin remains available, your website remains reachable, but loses FAST acceleration; the extra proxy hop may make it slower than a direct origin connection.
We remind you before expiry and explain how to keep caching active. Trial status and the scheduled plan remain visible in your dashboard.

Each domain subscription includes a monthly transfer cap: Essential 500 GB, Growth 1,500 GB, Scale 5,000 GB. If you exceed the cap, overage is billed automatically per GB at the rate for your plan ($0.24, $0.20, or $0.14).
We operate 4 regions: North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Essential includes 1 region, Growth includes 2. You can add additional regions for $120/month (Essential) or $96/month (Growth). Scale and Enterprise include all 4 regions by default, with geo-routing so traffic is served from the nearest region to your visitors.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle.
Grace Mode serves stale cached content when your origin server is temporarily unavailable or slow to respond. This helps ensure your visitors can still see your site, even during origin outages.
No. Setup requires just a nameserver change. If you can log into your domain registrar, you can get started. For advanced configurations, our support team is available to help.
We accept all major credit cards and SEPA direct debit for EU customers. Enterprise plans can also be paid via invoice and wire transfer.
No long-term contract required. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Enterprise plans may include custom terms based on your agreement.
