fast.site, also written FastSite or Fast Site, is a managed platform for existing websites. Your hosting remains the origin; eligible content can be delivered from the edge after you connect your domain.
What changes — and what stays yours
Your application, content and hosting stay under your control. Cache rules determine which responses can be reused; dynamic or private content needs appropriate exclusions. Performance also depends on your frontend and origin.

Results depend on the origin server, cache rules, page content, visitor location and device. Compare the same pages under comparable conditions. A laboratory test is a snapshot; real-user Core Web Vitals measure LCP, INP and CLS. A CDN or a faster test result does not guarantee a Google ranking.
How to evaluate the results
- Measure the same pages before and after activation, using the same device, location and network. Record whether the cache is cold or warm.
- Compare transferred bytes and response times, not just a single PageSpeed score. Check that checkout, login and other private pages still behave correctly.
- Follow LCP, INP and CLS in real-user data when enough samples are available. Record dates and other site changes so the comparison stays meaningful.
