Changing a Domain's Plan
Plan changes apply to one domain subscription at a time. Other domains keep their own plan, renewal date, and transfer cap.

Proration Logic
Stripe's real-time proration engine handles plan changes on a per-domain basis, so you only pay for what you use when switching tiers mid-cycle on that domain.
Upgrading mid-cycle
When this domain switches to a higher plan, we calculate the unused credit on its current plan and charge only the difference for the remaining days in its cycle. The new transfer cap and features are active immediately on that domain.
Downgrading mid-cycle
Downgrades on a domain are scheduled for the end of its current billing period. The domain keeps its current plan and transfer cap until the cycle ends, then drops to the lower plan with a credit adjustment on the next invoice.
- No features are removed immediately. Service on this domain continues until renewal.
- Credit adjustment is automatically applied at the next billing cycle for this domain.
Cancellation & Termination
What happens after cancellation?
Active Grace Period
The cancelled domain stays fully active until the last day of its current billing cycle. You can reverse the cancellation any time before that date from the billing dashboard or that domain's billing page.
Data Retention
After the cycle ends, the domain's configuration is kept for 30 days before being permanently purged. Analytics data is archived and deleted after that plan's retention limit. Other domains are unaffected.
