Auto-Renewal
Each domain subscription renews on its own cycle. Stripe handles the billing automatically so no domain goes offline due to an expired subscription.

How Auto-Renewal Works
Renewal Cycle
On the renewal date of each domain subscription, Stripe charges your saved card for the next cycle (Monthly or Yearly). Different domains can run on different cycles. Each renews on its own date.
- No manual action required on renewal
- Encrypted Stripe token-based charging
- Instant confirmation email after each charge
- Each domain subscription renews on its own date
Failed Payment Retries
If a payment fails (e.g., expired card, insufficient funds), your services are not immediately disabled. We follow a 3-stage retry policy before any action is taken:
Add-ons & Transfer Overage
Add-ons (like WebP optimization) and transfer overage (billed in 100 GB blocks when enabled) attach to a specific domain subscription and renew alongside it. Mid-cycle add-on purchases are prorated to the next renewal date for that domain.
Deleting a domain marks its add-ons as 'Unassigned' but does not automatically cancel billing. You must manually cancel them to stop future charges.
