Commission & Approval System

Understanding how commissions are generated, tracked, and approved within our system.

Commission Generation

When a referred user completes a purchase, a commission is created. However, it is not immediately withdrawable to ensure security and policy compliance.

Commission Status

Pending. Awaiting approval from the administrator.

Approved. Commission is confirmed and ready for payout.

Cancelled. Removed due to customer refund or detected fraud.

Approval Workflow

Manual Approval (Current)

All commissions currently go to a Pending state. An administrator manually reviews and approves each transaction.

Delayed Approval (Optional)

Commissions can be held for a set period (e.g., 90 days) before moving to manual or automatic approval.
