Integration Guide

WordPress

Speed up your WordPress site with fast.site in under 5 minutes. No plugin, no code changes.

Setup Steps

  1. 1

    Add your domain in fast.site

Log in to your fast.site dashboard and add your WordPress domain.

  2. 2

    Confirm your platform

fast.site detects your stack automatically. In your case, that's WordPress. We pre-tune caching, image optimization and edge routing for it. Confirm on the platform step, or pick a different stack if the detection got it wrong. You can change it anytime from the domain overview.

  3. 3

    Update your nameservers

Change your domain's nameservers at your registrar to the two fast.site nameservers shown in your dashboard. Propagation usually takes a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Clear your WordPress cache

If you're using a caching plugin (WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc.), clear its cache.

  5. Done!

Your WordPress site now runs through fast.site. Images convert to modern formats and pages are served from the edge automatically.

Note for WooCommerce users

If you also run WooCommerce, switch to the WooCommerce template instead. It handles cart, checkout and account pages automatically. See the WooCommerce integration guide.

Verify it's working

Check that caching is active by looking for fs-cache: HIT in your response headers.
